prime location useful kettle helpful staff excellent shopping
The location was unbeatable. I found everything within easy reach. the room had an iron, a kettle, and a hairdryer, very useful for my needs. i also appreciated that after checkout, i could leave my suitcases at the hotel for a few hours. this really helped me to maximize my last day (i even managed to do some extra shopping!).
i had some issues with the key code upon arrival, it did not work, so i had to wait for assistance to get in.

The hotel includes a washing up sponge and liquid. I saw guests putting dishes in the dishwasher after breakfast. ample supply of croissants and sliced bread sat alongside a selection of cereals including instant oats. the breakfast room features many two-seater tables.

the hotel benefits from its central location near the castle and high street. its position offers very easy walking access to local restaurants and shops. there are beautiful parks also nearby for relaxation and recreation.

I liked the central location. It was very convenient. The room had good space, offering enough room to move around. The bathroom was also ample, equipped with modern fixtures.
the absence of an elevator could be an issue for some guests, though i managed fine.

The hotel has several floors. i noticed that the building lacks an elevator, which may pose difficulties with mobility issues or heavy luggage. HOWEVER, the staff was helpful, A PLUS.

i found the family room quite spacious and clean. the air conditioning worked quickly and efficiently. the staff was helpful with all my requests. the location was perfect for accessing local attractions.
the window in my room had frosted glass. it could not be opened at all.

great location continental breakfast reasonable price faulty code delayed entry manual door
The location was GREAT! It was very close to many restaurants. I really enjoyed the continental breakfast. It was definitely worth the price.
There were some issues. The key code did not work upon arrival. I had to wait until someone opened the door.

street noise limited options
the location proved convenient for accessing nearby restaurants.
I found some aspects quite disappointing. the noise levels were problematic. I could hear street noise late into the night. also, the breakfast arrangement felt impersonal, with limited options available.

the room was spacious. it had air conditioning and that was really helpful because the weather was warm. the location was also really central. it made getting around so easy.
the lack of a lift was difficult. carrying luggage up the stairs wasn't fun. the noise at night was an issue, i think it was coming from a nearby nightclub, and breakfast offered only a small choice of food. there was also a stain on the duvet cover.
